THE NEW TRILTERAL COMMISSION. England has evidently decided to kiss and make up with the French and the Germans. They want to form a combined force to go around protecting Europe and separating warring factions in countries less civilized, or at least less powerful. The initial problem is money. They began with the idea for 60,000 soldiers, but they cannot afford it.

The French have volunteered to do the surrendering. That is, except in cases of unarmed teenagers trying to take over small African nations. The Germans, well, what can they do? Do they even have an army any more? They rely on NATO for protection. Maybe they could sell the British banned weapons and let them go fight.
