CATHOLIC OBSERVATIONS III. The cardinals have been hanging out at the Apostolic Palace. It is a large Renaissance structure of frescoed galleries, apartments and meeting rooms. They swore an oath of secrecy under Michelangelo's giant fresco of Jesus presiding over the Last Judgment.

Peter told the beggar “silver or gold have I none”. Whoever sits in the chair of Peter next will not be able to say that. But, as the old story goes, neither will he be able to say “rise up and walk”.

P.S. - "YOU HEARD IT HERE" was part II.
