That's what i'm hearing...Of all of the Downtown's i've been to, I do like Downtown Fort Worth the best. It seems safer and nicer than most. Not to mention it is pretty convenient if you travel on the interstate/highway much. (20/30/35/121) they're all right there...it's nice. That, and we have great restaurants downtown. if you ever get the chance you may stop by Fizzi in downtown. It's very nice, and pretty reasonable for a quiet romantic dinner. if you're ever interested it's right across the street from the Starbucks in Borders books...(catty corner.)

it was always fun going to the Tandy Center to ice-skate...do you think they'll ever tear down the Tandy Center and build a new building there?
No. I think they will try a mixed use of apartments, retail and office. There is quite a demand for downtown living.
