ALL TOLD, I'D RATHER BE ARRESTED IN SPAIN. Al Qaeda may have Spain on the run, but not Saudi Arabia. The Saudis have been on a campaign to run Al Qaeda out of town. The latest raids killed three of Saudi Arabia's 26 most-wanted militants. They also arrested hundreds of suspected extremists. Notable is the killing of of Khaled Ali Haj, important to Al Qaeda's regional operation.
