KERRY KOMPLIMENT II. I do not do it often, but here it is. John Kerry disagreed with Howard Dean's comment that raising the terror alert is politically motivated. Kerry stated: "I don't care what he said. I haven't suggested that and I won't suggest that. I do not hold that opinion. I don't believe that.'' This is one reason Dean did not make it. He was so predictable. If the President did anything, Dean was against it. Kerry is smart enough to know Americans care about terror threats, the Administration has to do something about it, and, unless you have hard evidence that something fraudulent is going on, you win no points by doing a knee jerk criticism.
